The Brief

Tiger Finance needed a smarter way to capture and qualify real estate leads. The vision was an end-to-end system where AI handled the heavy lifting — valuing properties, scoring leads, and surfacing the right opportunities to agents without manual triage.

The Challenge

Connecting four different platforms into a single coherent workflow that felt seamless to both the leads coming in and the agents working them. AI-powered property valuations added another layer of complexity on top of the integration work.

What We Built

• Webflow lead capture — Front-end forms feeding into the automation pipeline
• n8n orchestration — Multi-step workflows handling lead intake, enrichment, and routing
• AI property valuations — Automated valuation logic triggered on lead submission
• Supabase backend — Structured data store for leads, properties, and agent assignments
• FlutterFlow agent dashboard — Custom mobile interface for agents to manage and action leads

The Outcome

A working POC demonstrating a fully automated real estate lead generation pipeline with AI valuations and a purpose-built agent experience — ready to scale into production.
