The Brief

A Dutch wellness brand wanted to move their programme online into a structured e-learning platform. The content needed to feel like a journey — progressive, modular, and personal — rather than a generic course library.

The Challenge

Designing a content architecture flexible enough to support multiple content types (video, exercises, reflections) across a structured progression system, while keeping the experience warm and retreat-like rather than clinical.

• Modular content system — Weeks, Rooms, and Tools architecture for structured programme delivery
• Beachhouse journaling — Personal journaling module for members to reflect throughout the programme
• Supabase backend — User progress tracking and content management
• FlutterFlow app — Native mobile experience built for the Dutch wellness market

The Outcome

A fully structured wellness platform that translates an in-person retreat experience into a digital product members can work through at their own pace.
