projectLIS
projectLIS plans and installs charging infrastructure for private households and business fleets. The site had to speak to both without becoming two websites, in German, with a consent model that collects nothing it does not need.

The Brief
projectLIS is the single point of contact for electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Germany — planning, coordination, permits, and installation, from the first conversation through to after the project closes. The site needed to explain that end-to-end promise to two audiences whose needs barely overlap: a household adding a wallbox, and a company electrifying a fleet.
The Challenge
Two audiences, one site. Splitting into separate journeys too early makes the company look like two businesses; merging them makes the copy vague enough to convince neither. The German market also sets a higher bar on consent than most — the honest answer was to build a site that does not need tracking cookies rather than one that asks nicely for them.
What We Built
- Split paths from the first fold — Privat and Geschäftlich as parallel routes through the same site, so each audience gets specifics without the other being told they are in the wrong place
- Next.js build — statically generated, fast, and deployable from a git push
- German-language content throughout, written for the market rather than translated into it
- Consent without tracking — technically necessary storage only, with no tracking or marketing cookies set, stated plainly in the banner
- A single conversion action — Erstgespräch buchen carried consistently through the header, the hero, and every section end
The Outcome
Signed off with green light on all feedback and live on a staging domain ahead of the production domain cutover.
